Where integrity begins

Over the next few days, I want to slow down and look at a word that gets used often in leadership and business conversations, but is rarely examined beyond surface level.

Integrity.

Not as a slogan or a value on a wall, but as something shaped through everyday decisions, especially under pressure, when there is something to gain, something to protect, or something to justify.

This is an attempt to explore what integrity really means in practice, one piece at a time, starting not with behaviour or outcomes, but with what comes first.

Intent.
