Teaching Children Leadership Confidence: Where Leadership Truly Begins

Imagine if we could all teach children the laws of abundance and attraction before they go to school.

This is where teaching children leadership confidence truly begins.
I have always believed this, because the way we feel about ourselves as children quietly shapes the way we show up as adults, and if a child grows up feeling safe to dream and to believe in what is possible, then later in life that same person will feel safer to try, to speak, and to lead with confidence and care.
Leadership is not something we suddenly learn when we get a job title, it is something that begins much earlier, in the moments when children are encouraged instead of limited, and when they are allowed to believe there is enough space in the world for their ideas and their hopes.
If we want better leaders tomorrow, we must protect the courage to dream today.
